Tip of the Month: Time to Declutter This Spring—Tips to Get Started

Spring isn’t just for decluttering your house—it’s the perfect time to refresh other important areas of life. Here are a few quick ways to get organized:

  1. Update Legal Documents – Check your estate plan, insurance, and contracts to make sure they’re current, especially if you’ve had a major life change.
  2. Clean Up Digital Files – Back up important documents, delete old emails, and organize your desktop. A password manager can also help keep accounts secure.
  3. Check Your Finances – Review your budget, credit reports, and automatic payments. Cancel any subscriptions you don’t use and make sure your tax documents are ready.
  4. Prep Your Vehicle – Warmer weather means road trips! Check your tires, oil, and brakes, and make sure your insurance and registration are up to date.
  5. Refresh Your Network – Organize your contacts, update LinkedIn, and reconnect with colleagues. A little spring cleaning for your career can go a long way!

A little effort now means less stress and more time to enjoy the season!
